We are currently filling our case database with contents by extracting case studies from homepages of the OS software vendors and from magazine articles we already have on archive.
How can I help?
You are very welcome to help us out. We are currently looking for:- links to case studies
- magazine articles with case studies
- unpublished case studies provided that we are allowed to publish
- additional material for existing case studies
How can I submit additional material or corrections for existing case studies?
- Please navigate to the detailed case study, e.g. "Detailed Case: Openbravo @ Alimarket S.A."
- Scroll down to the bottom. Below each case study is a link to an e-mail address which you can use to submit your corrections. Please make sure to have JavaScript enabled otherwise you cannot click on the link (spam prevention).
- Describe in detail which information is wrong and point us to a source for the correct or additional information.
How can I submit a new case?
Send an e-mail to

attach a document describing the case or a link to further information. We will
verify the information and add the case to our database.
Please note: We do not publish anonymous cases. Each case must clearly describe which product has been implemented at which company.
Which information is of interest for Cases @ OSS Central?
- Product which has been implemented, product version, product edition
- Company where the product has been implemented, its address, email contact, industry
- Companies which have provided services, company address, email contact, which services provided
- If product was selected out of many, the selection method/process used (e.g. utility analysis)
- Detailed description of case, costs, effort in hours, start and end date of project
